it is refreshing to finally see womens sport acknowledged on a more regular basis alongside the traditional male sports which have been supported with good TV coverage for many years. Well done NBN for increasing the exposure of womens sport and supporting the womens sport movement.

Good on ya NBN for leading the way. It’s great to read and watch footage on women’s football and women’s sport in general. Also great to read about how well Joey Peters is doing. Joey is a great role model for the rest of the WPL players and for ALL youngsters out there aspiring to play sport.

It’s about time that women’s sport gets some well deserved coverage too. Regarding sports news it’s always about the men (newsprint too), so congratulations NBN, hopefully this is a new beginning and an exciting sign of things to look forward to for women in sport!

Always good to see women’s sport promoted in the media. We have some quality players and coaches and administrators in our region that need to be recognised. It would be good to see equal air time for the men and women’s sports.
