NICK WARD LANDS IN NEWCASTLE LOOKING FOR A FRESH START

He believes he deserved another contract with Perth, but midfielder Nick Ward is looking forward to a fresh start in Newcastle.
The 28-year-old signed with the Jets today as an injury replacement for Scott Neville.
