TOUGH OPENING RACE FOR HUNTER V8 DRIVERS IN PERTH

It’s been a tough opening race for our Hunter drivers in the V8 Development Series in Perth.
Having struggled all season in qualifying, Novocastrian Motorsport’s Aaren Russell started in 15th on the grid, Michael Hector in 24th.
Russell battled hard to improve his position, edging his way into 12th at the end of the 38-lap event.
Hector didn’t have as much luck, nudged out of contention to eventually finish 22nd.
