WEATHER UPDATE: FREEZING NIGHTS

PHOTO: A frosty Kentucky by Frank and Kath Wiedermann.

Severe frosts are expected over the next few nights with the mercury set to drop well below freezing across the Tablelands slopes and NW. The foothills of the eastern slopes and Upper Hunter will probably go close to freezing as well.

The winds will ease and the sun will be out helping to make the daytime hours a lot more pleasant.

My family went up to the Barrington Tops today Monday 30th and enjoyed the snow. We even saw a camper on. Ute with. Snowman on it.
I could email you photos but not sure where to upload them to.
I noticed the weather report Monday night said it was not cold enough for snow. It was minus 1 before we even got to the top, very cold but lovely .
    Thanks
