WEATHER UPDATE: COASTAL SHOWERS HEADED NORTH

The winds will ease but as they do they’ll move around to the south east and that will push in the cloud and showers which will extend north to the border and into south east Queensland across the weekend.

Some of this shower activity is going to spill over the ranges and small patchy showers will develop across the North West and may reach the Plains.

The low is now moving away from the coast and the monster swell will ease. Offshore boating will still be uncomfortable and finding quality waves won’t be easy due to the onshore winds.
