MIGRANTS HONOURED ON WELCOME WALL

Nine families who migrated to Newcastle after World War II, have been recognised in a special ceremony today.

A plaque was unveiled at the Maritime Museum to honour their contribution in shaping the city’s rich cultural heritage.
