Jets W-League captain Emily van Egmond has taken part in the Matildas’ first training session in Vancouver.
The Australian side is holding a pre tournament camp in the Canadian city ahead of next month’s Women’s World Cup.
The squad will move to Winnipeg on June 5, to play Australia’s opening two games against the US and Nigeria.
