A 61-year-old woman has died, following a car crash in Newcastle.
Police say she was travelling along Wharf Road at around 6pm, when her Honda Jazz left the road and crashed into a fence.
It’s believed she may have suffered a medical condition.
The woman was taken to John Hunter Hospital, but passed away on arrival.
Police are urging any witnesses to come forward.
