A fast moving cold front is moving across the South East tonight.
Ahead of the front conditions will be fine and quite comfortable in the far north of New South Wales and South East Queensland.
To the south for the Hunter the wind will pick up speed during the afternoon and the cold air will push through overnight making for a cold, wintry Friday.
The winds will ease over the weekend and the first week of July should be mostly fine.
