Pint-sized anglers were met with perfect conditions on the Hastings River on day six of the annual Golden Lure Tournament.
14 juniors competed in the onshore competition – catching and releasing plenty of small bream.
The main competition also went ahead today, with 40 crews competing for $50,000 in prizes.
The record for the heaviest marlin so far stands at 161.8 kilograms.
