The visiting Casino Cougars have boosted their preparations for the NRRRL season, defeating Evans Head Bombers in a trial match.
At full time Casino had more then doubled their opponents’ score, finishing on 38 points compared to Evans Head’s 16.
The win’s a welcome confidence boost for the Cougars, with the start of the regular season just a fortnight away.
