BLACK SPOT UPGRADES NEARING COMPLETION

Driving through the Macleay is about to become a lot safer, with $1.7-million in road works nearing completion.

The upgrades of Armidale Road and a notorious Kempsey roundabout, were allocated federal black spot funding.
