MICHAEL SHELLEY’S HOME RUN TO RIO

Oxenford marathon champion Michael Shelley has decided to stay home to train in the lead up to the Rio Olympics.

But he won’t be listening to music on his long runs- he has to be on the lookout for wildflife.
