The upgrade of Wauchope’s main street is a step closer, after the state government named the winning tender.
Local company King and Campbell will carry out the $530,000 project, which includes improvements to several intersections and crossings on High Street.
Work is scheduled to start early next year, and is expected to wrap-up by the end of June.
