NEWCASTLE JUNIORS McLEAN AND McSPADDEN HELP SAPPHIRES TO MASSIVE WIN

Newcastle basketballers Cassidy McLean and Lara McSpadden have helped Australia to a massive win over Mexico in their first game at the Under-17 World Championships.
In a contest where every Aussie scored, McLean finished with nine points and McSpadden had six.
The final score was 98 – 38.
The Sapphires’ campaign continues tonight when they face China.
