A man armed with a knife held up a fast food restaurant on the Gold Coast this morning.
Police allege the man entered the business on the Gold Coast Highway in about 11.15am and demanded money from a teenage girl working behind the counter, and the store manager.
The man fled on foot with a sum of cash. No one was injured during the incident.
The thief is described as Caucasian, approximately 30-years-old, with brown hair. He was wearing a tracksuit at the time.
Police are appealing for anyone with information in relation to the crime to come forward.
