Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward, following an act of indecency at Port Macquarie’s Flynns Beach last month.
A man aged in his 60s was seen committing a lewd act in broad daylight on Saturday December 10.
A member of the public reported the man to a lifeguard, before the offender left the beach.
He’s described as having tanned skin, and was wearing blue swimmers with white zinc on his face.
