A teenager will face Gosford Local Court tomorrow after the vehicle he was driving crashed into pole and claimed the life of a Central Coast boy last year.
The accused’s 17-year-old passenger died at the scene of the crash, on Willoughby Road in Wamberal in July.
While another 16-year-old passenger was airlifted to Royal North Shore Hospital in a serious condition.
The now 18-year-old driver was charged with a sting of offences including dangerous driving.
