EMOTIONAL RETURN TO THE WATER FOR OWEN WRIGHT AT SURFEST

Owen Wright has made an emotional return to competitive surfing, winning his opening heat at Newcastle’s Surfest this afternoon.
It’s the 27-year-old’s first event since he suffered a severe head injury at Pipeline, at the end of 2015.
