The debate over the future of the Avoca Beach Theatre has had its final curtain call.

The Land and Environment Court yesterday ruled in favour of an expansion to the facility… following a long battle.

So it’s ‘curtains’ for Avoca Beach Theatre: Original buildings and heritage don’t count for much, do they? Is there Any Way we can save this 1920s Gem?
