Hundreds of Macleay Valley residents are up in arms over a proposal to expand the Chinese flight school at Kempsey Airport.
A Development Application for the $18 million project will go before the Northern Joint Regional Planning Panel on Wednesday.

Not only the residents in that area should be concerned all the Kempsey Shire rate payers should be concerned about this proposal we could end up not owning our airport !!!!!!
