COACH CONFIRMS JACK BIRD VISITED NEWCASTLE TO MEET WITH KNIGHTS OFFICIALS

Coach Nathan Brown has revealed Jack Bird visited Newcastle for contract talks yesterday, but the Cronulla star didn’t indicate whether he’ll sign with the Knights.
The 22-year-old is seen as a possible cornerstone of the club’s rebuilding process.
