A 50 year old Point Clare man will be sentenced in June, after pleading guilty to high range drink driving, while his 11 year old daughter was a passenger in the car.
Jeffery Robert Smith faced Gosford Local Court today, over a two car accident on the Central Coast Highway in January.
Police say following the crash, Smith returned a blood alcohol reading of .277.
His case will now be assessed for an intensive correction order.
