The 28-year-old has played more than 200 games in the Netherlands top tier football league.
A versatile defensive midfielder, he’ll fill the void left by skipper Nick Montgomery.
The two-year deal is pending a medical, which is set to take place next month.
It’s the club’s first import signing under coach Paul Okon.
