A Newcastle court has heard how a passenger tried desperately to steer a car out of trouble, moments before a fatal crash in the Hunter Valley.
The driver – Charles Andrew Monks – has gone on trial over the 2015 incident, with his defence team arguing he suffered a seizure at the time.
