Canberra golfer Matt Millar and the Hunter’s James Nitties have shared the spoils of this year’s Port Macquarie Pro-Am.
The pair finished seven under par.
Matt Stieger came in third, two shots ahead of former South West Rocks golfer Dale Brandt-Richards.
After equalling the course record of 63, Millar entered the final round with a four shot lead.
But he blew it, when he bogied the 7th, 8th and 9th holes.
Nitties, shooting two birdies to catch the leader.
The Pro-Am circuit moves to South West Rocks tomorrow.
