FEARNLEY CHECKS OUT GOLD COAST COMM GAMES MARATHON COURSE

Hunter wheelchair racer Kurt Fearnley was on the Gold Coast today, for the announcement of the marathon course for next year’s Commonwealth Games.
The 42-kilometre track stretches along the coastline, and will be the same for able-bodied athletes.
This is the first time that I line up with my Aussie peers in the Australian uniform and 20 years after I started.
The marathon events will be held on the final day of the games.
