A man has been charged with unlawful wounding following a disturbance on the Gold Coast last night.
Police were called to a unit complex on Leonard Avenue in Surfers Paradise shortly before 1am, where they found a 44-year-old man with a large laceration to his arm.
He was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
A 53-year-old Surfers Paradise man was taken into custody at the scene and is due to appear in the Southport Magistrates Court today.
