GAV’S WEATHER: DRY SOUTHERLY ON THE WAY

A weak dry southerly will make its way up the coast on Tuesday, reaching the Hunter & Central Coast in the morning before continuing to push north.

Meanwhile, Tropical Cyclone Owen is strengthening off Far North Queensland, though it isn’t expected to make landfall.

West of the divide it will remain warm and dry.

Hi Peter, we experienced a major technical issue which meant some areas received the wrong weather report… Apologies for the inconvenience.

Why show the North-West NSW weather forecast to the Newcastle coverage footprint. No relevance for viewers whatsoever and no apology at the end. So unprofessional NBN.

Did we miss the 5-day Gosford weather forecast on tonight’s news? We noticed that you have added Armidale, Moree etc but then we thought we must have missed the Gosford forecast.

What a debacle, waste of time for Newcastle viewers and standard push button response. What happened to the local weather report and why no explanation or apology. Is this really the way to treat people? Also tried your phone number at NBN and got numerous engaged signals then got cut off twice – not really acceptable and please do not bother with a standard response given to all because it means nothing!
