NEWCASTLE PORT DEAL COURT ACTION WELCOMED

Politicians and business leaders have welcomed the ACCC’s decision, to fight the state government’s once-secret port privatisation deal.

They say if it’s overturned, a Newcastle container terminal would inevitably prove a success.
