STREETSCAPE DEVELOPMENTS ALONG OLD PACIFIC HIGHWAY COMPLETE

A large-scale artwork on the northern end of the Kempsey bypass has been unveiled.

It’s the second on the stretch of old highway at a cost of $155,000.
