A man has been arrested, after an eight-hour siege in a Telarah home on Friday night.
Police were called to Brooks Street shortly after 7 o’clock, following reports of concern for a man’s welfare.
The 39-year old was found outside, armed with knives after leaving a nearby mental health unit.
He surrendered peacefully to officers at 5 o’clock Saturday morning.
