HIGHWAY PATROL OFFICER RUN DOWN

A policeman has been pinned beneath his motorbike with serious injuries, after a freak accident on the Pacific Highway on the mid north coast.

The officer was dealing with a driver he’d pulled over, when he was hit by an out of control car – but was quickly treated by a doctor, who happened to be passing by.
