One man has died, while another has been taken to hospital, after a truck crashed down an embankment north of Gloucester.
Emergency services were called to the Thunderbolts Way at Giro late on Monday afternoon, after reports a truck had left the road.
The driver, a 40-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene.
His passenger, also aged 40, sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
He was taken to Newcastle’s John Hunter Hospital in a stable condition.
An investigation into what led to the crash is underway.
