NEWCASTLE CBD SHUT DOWN FOR CHANGE THE RULES RALLY

Hundreds of frustrated workers have shut down Newcastle’s CBD, marching along Hunter Street as part of a nationwide union campaign.

Wages, job security and cuts to penalty rates were among the issues raised.
