Tamworth’s Jake Douglas now shares the world record for the heaviest clean and jerk.
The weight-lifter recorded his personal best at the Down Under CrossFit Championships in Wollongong yesterday.
His lift of 175-kilograms couldn’t be matched.
Douglas is also the former captain of the first-grade Tamworth Pirates rugby team.
