Bendemeer hero Josh Hazlewood has been named in the prestigious New South Wales Blues Squad.
The Test cricket paceman will join the 12-player team in Adelaide this week, for round three of the Marsh Sheffield Shield.
He’ll join debutants Liam Hatcher, Daniel Solway and Ulladulla’s Matthew Gikes for the highly-anticipated Friday match.
It’ll be Hazelwood’s first class cricket match since the fifth Ashes Test in September.
The Blues are so far enjoying some early season success – claiming two wins from two.
