TEENAGER CHARGED OVER FATAL BALLINA BRAWL

An 18-year-old man has been charged with the murder of East Lismore man Jesse Vilkelis-Curas.

The 24-year-old was taken off life support on Boxing Day, five days after he was involved in a brawl in Ballina.
