WHEELCHAIR RACER ONE STEP CLOSER TO PARALYMPIC GAMES

Wingham wheelchair racer, Luke Bailey, is a step closer to qualifying for the Tokyo Paralympic Games.

The 22-year-old recorded a narrow win in Canberra, and is looking ahead to nationals at Homebush.
