A disability support worker will face court today after allegedly inappropriately touching a client on the Mid North Coast on several occasions.
Police arrested the 65-year-old man at a Bowraville home just after midday yesterday, after reports a 21-year-old man had allegedly been repeatedly assaulted by the man between January and March.
He was taken to Macksville Police Station, and charged with nine counts of sexually touching another person in an aggravated manor, without consent.
The man was refused bail, to appear at Port Macquarie Local Court today.
