COASTIES TAKE TOILET SOAP BATTLE INTO OWN HANDS

Central Coast residents fed up with the lack of soap in public toilets, have taken action.

Cakes of the stuff have been placed in loos across a number of suburbs, in a bid to show council, it can be provided without issue.
