FORSTER CIVIC PRECINCT PUT ON HOLD DUE TO FINANCIAL ISSUES

Construction on the Forster Civic Precinct has been put on hold, due to the developer experiencing financial difficulties.

The $18 million project which includes a new public library was due to be completed by September.
