THE FIRST SNOWFLAKES OF THE WINTER SEASON FALL IN THE NORTH WEST

It’s been an icy start to winter, with snow falling in parts of the north west.

Locals snapped pictures of light dustings at Armidale, Walcha and Guyra.

Snow also fell over the Moonbi ranges, where one family built a snowman.
