Clear skies dominate the nation once again helping to return the cold, icy nights and inland frosts.
The south-east is still active, with a few minor fronts passing.
The latest high pressure system will now force onshore south-east winds along the entire eastern seaboard.
Cloud will increase, along with a few isolated showers.
The south-west corner of Western Australia is in for another battering, with another strong front on its way.
South-east winds will build across the region. This will create some cloud cover across the coast, and a few showers will develop from the Central Coast to Port Stephens.
They will arrive later in the day along the Mid North Coast, and further north towards the evening.
Northern coastal showers will settle in for the rest of the week.
