$245M PROJECT HOPES TO BRING SECURITY TO NORTHERN RIVERS WATER SUPPLY

Steps are being taken to shore up the Northern Rivers’ water supply, after the drought brought the region to its knees last year.

Among other measures, the local council is planning to invest hundreds of millions of dollars to build a new dam.
