A man has been charged $1,000 after breaching COVID-19 restrictions at Mullumbimby.
Police were called to the property in the early hours of Saturday morning, following a noise complaint.
They arrived to find more than 35 people at the premises.
Under current restrictions, at-home gatherings are limited to 20 people.
