A 42-year-old woman has suffered rib and shoulder injuries after falling from a horse at Korelah, west of Woodenbong.
The Westpac Rescue Helicopter was called to the scene this morning to assist paramedics.
She was transported to Lismore Base Hospital in a stable condition.
