Cudgen Headland won’t be hosting next year’s Country Surf Life Saving Championships after the state board decided to cancel the event.
The board said the pandemic has made it too difficult logistically to complete.
A group from Surf Life Saving New South Wales is already working to plan the 2022 championships.
