WOMAN AIRLIFTED TO HOSPITAL AFTER BEING THROWN FROM HORSE

A woman is recovering in hospital after being thrown from a horse on a property north-west of Kyogle this morning.

The 47-year-old was flown to Gold Coast University Hospital in a serious but stable condition with spinal injuries.
