A woman’s suffered multiple injuries after her car collided with a truck west of Casino this afternoon.
Emergency crews were called to the Bruxner Highway just after 1:30pm, where the 55-year-old was trapped in her car for more than an hour.
She’s been airlifted to Gold Coast University Hospital in a serious condition.
The driver of the truck escaped with minor injuries, both lanes were closed for several hours.
